Gunmarket Return Policy

At Gunmarket, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products for an exchange or refund, subject to the guidelines below.

 

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

 

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, instructions, and accessories.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to safety, legal, and regulatory considerations, certain items cannot be returned:

 

  • Firearms: All firearm sales are final and cannot be returned. Factory new firearms should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Ammunition: Ammunition sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items such as gun powder and primers are non-returnable.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or special-order items cannot be returned.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Products

 

If you receive a defective or damaged product (excluding firearms and ammunition), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide instructions for returning the item and, upon validation, offer an exchange or refund.

 

4. Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

 

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team at returns@gunmarket.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare the Package: Include the RMA number and ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

 

5. Refunds and Restocking Fees

 

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

 

6. Exchanges

 

For exchanges, please contact our customer service team to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and adherence to our return guidelines.

 

7. Additional Information

 

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. Items not meeting our return criteria may be refused or subject to additional fees.
